You will learn a tremendous amount of information about telemedicine and how it may play a role in your life when you are ill or just needing to see your provider from the comfort of your own home.
My guest, Jen Gruger, joined Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center’s EHR Support Department in 2018 with a focus on Quality programs and integrated product support. When the organization took on the challenge of ‘on demand’ direct-to-consumer telemedicine as an extension of its Urgent Care services (pre-COVID 19) she brought 10 years of experience in HIT project management to the goal.
Jen now oversees three distinct lines of telehealth services and looking to the future for more ways to use technology to meet the patient and the provider where they are.
Jen was born and raised in New Mexico. She is passionate about telemedicine programs that serve our community. You can reach her at (575) 446-5764. She can help guide YOU to which program - would work best for YOU and YOUR family.
